The cruciality level of the applications we host requires an excellent organization. Whether we are talking about humans, software or hardware, each link to performance has a backup in order to overcome any scenario. Our supervision is permanent and constant, no SPOF (Single Point Of Failure) is allowed on the infrastructures we manage.
"On Call" organization
For each of our “On Call” levels: N1, N2, & N3, we work with several network providers in order to ensure:
- Communication through Mobile phone : each level has a different Telco provider. We are therefore sure that all the messages you send will reach the right person even if one network temporarily fails.
- Communication through e-mail : all messages received by the technical teams are sent by 3 distinct e-mail messaging providers (2 of them are not located on our infrastructures).
Supervision & Measurement
Both supervision and performance measurement activities are made from 3 data centers (eNovance's infrastructures are located in two of them and the third one is fully independent). Each system monitors the other thereby we are sure to maximize efficiency of your applications and proactivity of our teams. As a client, you will also have access to the IpLabel management portal. IpLabel is an independent trusted third party providing tools to measure IT applications performance as it is perceived by your end-users.
This initiative supports our commitment to full transparency towards our clients regarding our service quality.
Backups
Backups are performed directly from a remote site thanks to the dark fibre we use for network redundancy between our 2 data centers. Full Copy of your data is available in a data center different from the one we use for production. All our services can be deployed simultaneously on 1 or 2 data-centers.
