3 Active supervision centers
Active supervision allows to check the proper running of the applications and send alerts to our administrators if necessary. It is the most critical part of the system since it allows us to guarantee our clients the SLAs we have committed on.
Unlike other managed hosting providers, our clients have access to a complete set of counters that provides real time information on the platform and its applications. Active supervision is deployed on our 2 data centers plus a tierce one to maintain continuous control on supervision for our clients.
2 Metrology centers
Metrology allows to collect information, create archives and generate graphs for analysis.Thanks to this sophisticated system, we are able to:
- Analyze the platform's status.
- Achieve a post-incident diagnosis through correlation controls.
- Plan future capacity needs of the platform.
Third party audit
In addition to the previous premium features, eNovance signed a partnership with ip-label & our clients have full access to the Ip-label measurement results.
Ip-label is an independent company that provides an end-to-end monitoring & supervision solution and tells you about the perceived quality of your IT applications. Around the world, ip-label.newtest solutions measure the quality of applications from the user’s point of view: business applications as well as web, voice and even TV over IP platforms.
