Historically based in Paris, France, eNovance has opened a subsidiary in Montreal, Canada in 2011 in order to respond to our customers demand.
The main reasons for recruiting technical teams in Montreal are:
- 6 hours time difference with France therefore extending our working hours
- Bilingual teams to respond to local needs
- High skilled engineers (Montreal is the capital of video games)
- Privileged access to the US market
Our internationalization strategy
Opening a subsidiary in Canada is the first step towards a broader internationalization plan whose main objectives are:
- Completely remove the “on-call” support and work on opening hours 24x7x365 to improve service quality even more, always through hiring highly skilled administrators
- Foster innovation by working with diverse profiles & allowing skills transfer
- Implement local teams to manage local infrastructures and be closer to our clients
